His visit follows a U.N.-sponsored conference last week in which delegates from Libya s warring sides picked four leaders to guide the nation ahead of the December elections.
Menfi, chairman of Libya s Presidential Council, arrived from Benghazi, and immediately met with dozens of tribal leaders, elders and activists at the Dar al-Salam Hotel, the headquarters of Libya s Parliament in Tobruk.

The center said: The traveler coming to the Sultanate can book any hotel according to his desire or benefit from the list of hotels prepared and updated by the Relief and Accommodation Sector Operations Center in coordination with the competent authorities.
