They hoped to have it cleared by noon but that is not happening because one of the semi trucks involved in the accident had a full load. They tried to drag it but that was not working. They literally have to take everything out of the truck, and we have another truck waiting to take on that freight but it is taking a long time. This crash happened several hours ago, at 4 am with these large semi trucks blocking three westbound lanes in the Castro Valley causing the three hour delay for many drivers.
