Janell and Desi waited to see if the pandemic would be contained by their October 2020 date. But as the summer months approached and the number of cases in the U.S. rapidly rose, things didn t look promising. By June, the couple knew it was time to create a Plan B. We knew we didn t have to execute it right away, but we had to start thinking of an alternative, Janell tells The Knot.
