A day after the Shiv Sena (UBT) Saamna said that Sharad Pawar has failed to groom a successor, the NCP supremo hit back saying that he does not care what others write about him.
The Shiv Sena (UBT) on Thursday said many Nationalist Congress Party leaders, who were weeping after Sharad Pawar's decision to step down as their party chief, have one foot in the Bharatiya Janata Party and another in NCP.
Saamna the mouthpiece of the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) in an editorial said that Sharad Pawar announced his resignation from the post of president of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) as many MLAs of the party are inclined towards the BJP.
The editorial refers to the case that came to fore on Thursday of a 'designer' named Aniksha allegedly offering Amruta Fadnavis a bribe of Rs 1 crore to get her father, a notorious cricket bookie, Anil Jaisinghani, off the hook in a criminal case.
