Andrew Conner, 32, told Judge Scott Washam when he has been to court in the past, he has always just told the judge what he thought they wanted to hear so he could get back out and do the things he liked to do on the street. But now, Conner said, he has had a “spiritual awakening.” He said now knows what is important and wants to take his music and his children seriously. He offered to go to drug court or wear an ankle monitor, whatever he had to do.
