They showed us 34 feet of water sitting in their basement. It is unclear what caused the water line to rupture enablers neighbors are telling us it is happened before 2 other times. There was a tremendous amount of water flowing down the hill. We had over 3 feet of water on our street flowing like a river. We called 911 3 times and it took them 30 minutes to arrive.
