Five finalists for Jackson County Administrator Mon 4-26-2021 (Jackson) The Jackson County Board of Commissioners is holding a special meeting on April 27 th to conduct finalist interviews for the position of Jackson County Administrator. There are 5 finalists for the position. As of 4/27, Janice Fransen will be the Interim Coordinator until the new Administrator is able to assume that position.  The five finalists for the newly created Jackson County Administrator position were released this morning.  The finalists are: Andrea Aukrust currently serves as the City Administrator for the City of Hector, Minnesota, where she has been in the position for nearly three years. Prior to that, she served as Co-Owner/Manager of Davis Rental Properties in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, for 18 years. She has also been employed as the Coordinator of the Faribault, Martin, and Jackson Multi-Counties Adult Substance Abuse and Family Dependency Treatment Courts through a contracted grant positio

Nicollet County OKs separation agreement | News, Sports, Jobs

fbusch@nujournal.com ST. PETER Nicollet County commissioners unanimously approved a separation agreement with human resources director/assistant county administrator Jamie Haefner Tuesday. Action came without discussion on a motion by Commissioner Marie Dranttel, seconded by Commissioner Jack Kolars. On April 2, commissioners accepted Haefner’s resignation. Under the agreement, in exchange for the release of claims, the County shall pay Haefner her regular salary at her final rate of pay, dental, and health insurance contributions through June 25, beginning the pay period after her right to rescind her release of all claims expires. Haefner is deemed to have elected COBRA coverage effective April 2. No additional leave benefits shall accrue following her March 25 resignation date.

fbusch@nujournal.com NICOLLET COUNTY Nicollet County commissioners unanimously accepted a separation agreement with county administrator Ryan Krosch and the resignation of human resources director/assistant county administrator Jamie Haefner Thursday. Action came without discussion to accept Krosch’s separation agreement that he irrevocably and voluntarily resign effective March 23, 2021, motion by Commissioner Denny Kemp, seconded by Marie Dranttel. According to the agreement, it is not considered an admission of wrongdoing on the part of Krosch or the County or any of its employees, officials, or agents. The specific reason for the agreement is to resolve the employment relationship in an expeditious and amicable fashion.

PETER Minn. (KEYC) - At Thursday’s special county board meeting, Nicollet County agreed to part ways with both its county administrator and its human resources director. A unanimous vote accepted the separation agreement with County Administrator Ryan Krosch and the resignation of Jamie Haefner, head of human resources and the Assistant County Administrator. No reason has been disclosed for the changes to the public. To temporarily fill those positions, the board appointed Mary Landkammer, Director of Property Services as the interim County Administrator.
