Osceola Area Chamber & Mainstreet in partnership with the Polk County Economic Development Corporation held an informal informational talk earlier this month with special guest, Senior Vice President Dan Hebert
The Village of Osceola met for a Regular meeting on March 8th, 2022 at Village Hall. Village President Jeromy Buberl called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Elaine R. Koeppen, 82, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
She was born in Allentown, Pa., the daughter of William and Ruth Sattler. She was married to her husband John Koeppen for over 61 years.
Elaine worked as an accountant for the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida, Bertram Yacht and others. She belonged to the Order of Eastern Star Chapter of the Biscayne Masonic Lodge in Miami. She was an avid blood and plasmapheresis donor. She enjoyed working with Via de Cristo, His Hands Extended and the Women’s Auxiliary of the Gideons in sharing God’s word.
Elaine also supported New Hope Pregnancy Care Center, The Caring Place, various schools as well as The 100 Black Men of Bradley County with her husband, John.
