Forensics Report on Mich County s Voting Machines Claims Dominion Intentionally and Purposefully Designed for Fraud

AP Photo/Ross D. Franklin The Antrim County, Mich., forensics report undertaken by Allied Security Operations Group was released to the public on Monday by order of a Michigan judge. The report concluded that “the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results” and “the results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable.” The findings are disputed by Erick Grill, attorney for Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. Grill claims that the report is “inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading.” He failed to give any examples of what he alleges is false. However, the author of the analysis is Russell James Ramsland Jr., who has already put forward two flawed analyses in previous matters related to the 2020 election.

Judge allows release of report on Antrim County voting machines

Dec 14, 2020 Bill Bailey stands outside of the Antrim County Building in Bellaire on Sunday.Record-Eagle/Mike Krebs BELLAIRE — Voters will have a chance to review a report generated by a recent examination of Antrim County’s voting machines, after a judge vacated his order requiring the results be kept private. Attorneys from the Michigan Attorney General’s office — representing Michigan’s Secretary of State — agreed the information should be released, so long as any proprietary source code from Dominion voting machine software is redacted and the Secretary of State be allowed to rebut the report s contents. Arguments over whether to make the information public took place Monday morning in front of 13th Circuit Court Chief Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer, during an abruptly-scheduled remote hearing.

Lawyer to judge: Release results of voting equipment exam in Antrim

LANSING A judge is expected to hold a hearing Monday morning on a lawyer’s request to lift a protective order shielding the results of a court-ordered examination of voting equipment in Antrim County   a county that President Donald Trump easily won, but where his legal team is alleging irregularities. Portage attorney Matthew DePerno filed an emergency motion Friday with 13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, claiming he has received initial preliminary results which are important for the public, the U.S. government and the Michigan Legislature to review and understand, and are an issue of national security. It s the latest bizarre twist in a saga that began with an election night error in how the county compiled and reported its unofficial election results. County Clerk Sheryl Guy, a Republican, has claimed responsibility for an error that resulted in Democrat Joe Biden initially appearing to have won the northern Michigan County.
