Lin Wood’s lawsuits aimed to topple the 2020 election may have violated Delaware’s rules of professional conduct, preventing him from representing President
Donald Trump’s ex-campaign advisor
Carter Page in a defamation suit there, a judge found.
In a detailed order to show cause, Delaware Superior Court Judge
Craig Karsnitz itemized defects and alleged unprofessional behavior in Wood’s lawsuits in Wisconsin and Georgia, including filing suit without a plaintiff’s authorization, submitting a false affidavit, and making a series of gaffes that the judge said call his competence into question.

BELLAIRE, Mich. â A hand count of ballots in one tiny northern Michigan county dealt one more blow against claims of widespread voter fraud in the state.
Michigan elections officials said they found no fraud during an audit of ballots cast in Antrim Countyâs presidential election, and that a hand count by volunteer poll workers identified a net gain of 12 votes for President Donald Trump.
âWe expect to see small changes like this and the overall result confirms the vote was accurate,â said the stateâs Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater. âIt confirms that the voting machines worked properly; it vindicates what the county clerk said happened â which was, there was an error in the unofficial reporting but that the machines worked as they should.â
