And that is when the car was stolen. A citizen called police after spotting the car near 39th and Silver Spring drive. Shortly after, the car and child were found safe a couple of blocks away. The amber alert really helped us out in this situation. Citizen went out and noticed the car was parked in an unusual manner and was still running and lights were on and proceeded to call the Police Department Milwaukee Police department with a lot of gratitude
