Frisky Devil
Combine 2 ounces bourbon, 1 ounce Drambuie liqueur, 1.5 ounces honey simple syrup and .75 ounces lemon juice in a shaker. Shake and strain over rocks with ice. Garnish with a strawberry heart (slice a V at the top) and a sprig of fresh mint.
Before his unexpected death in November 2020 at age 53, Ruffino’s beloved proprietor Ruffin Rodrigue often surprised guests celebrating birthdays with his lively acapella serenades.
“He thought he was an opera singer,” says former Director of Operations, Megan Klock. “Ruffin loved celebrations.”
