［東京 １６日 ロイター］ - 日銀は１５─１６日に開いた金融政策決定会合で、金融機関の気候変動対応を支援するための資金供給の骨子素案を決めた。金融機関に対して利用額に応じた付利は行わず、利用残高の２倍の金額を「マクロ加算残高」に加算することなどを盛り込んだ。会合後に公表した取り組み方針では、外貨資産の運用でグリーン国債を購入する方針を示した。現行の長短金利操作（イールドカーブ・コントロール）付き量的・質的金融緩和政策は賛成多数で継続を決定した。
