(WCSC) - As health officials work to vaccinate more people of color and those living in rural areas, church leaders say it will take a partnership with faith-based communities to see those numbers rise. When looking at the data for vaccines administered in the state, numbers from the state health department’s COVID-19 dashboard reveals that most people getting the vaccine are white. Green Sr., says he is concerned about people in the African American community not having access to information about the vaccine or the vaccine itself.
