The state lab tech pled guilty to illegally tampering with drug tests would 003 to 2012, the states highest court deciding whether or not to dismiss all 24,000 cases to the recommendation of the aclu and the Public Defenders Office or cpcs. Now, they claim the cashstrapped agency just cant handle the influx of cases that large and letters sent out by notifying socalled dookhan defendants that defendants in that case were inatquad. Cpsc can petition the legislation for more resources and that every case deserves to be processed individually.
