BUFFALO, N.Y. A self-proclaimed Buffalo booster, attorney Ross Cellino has confirmed that he purchased the Knox Mansion from Computer Task Group Inc.
The Dec. 15 confirmation solves a local real estate mystery about a group that listed a Centennial, Colorado, address as the buyer for the mansion at 800 Delaware Ave. The group, Knox Mansion Condos LLC, paid $2.5 million for the property buying it June 2 from CTG of Buffalo Inc., according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk s office.
