An unknown investment group had purchased the prominent Knox Mansion on Delaware Avenue on June 2, paying $2.475 million for the century-old historic landmark with a glamorous history.
But the investor behind Knox Mansion Condos never came forward, and the plans were never disclosed. Until now.

The well-known Buffalo personal injury lawyer announced Tuesday that he bought the 48,000-square-foot mansion at 800 Delaware from Computer Task Group, which had owned and occupied the building since 1978.
He plans to make it the new corporate headquarters for Cellino Law, the firm he formed after the breakup of Cellino & Barnes.
