Reporter there was panic with passengers here on Regional Rail line, they were on a train they thought was in a real emergency, they decided to self evacuate that vehicle right there. That train car, and that decision caused big headaches for thousands of commuters. Passengers at the 30th street station seeing red during the evening commute im a little frustrated but i cant do anything about it. Reporter anger and frustration over massive delays, some well past the hour mark. Because of a total system shutoff at 5 35 we received reports that passengers were starting to evacuate from the train.
