Back. Special needs students losing buses. The livermore district is using cabs. Not Riding School buses. They did not bid on that and so a new mode of transportation. The yellow durham buses will no longer be seen at livermore schools. One bus driver asked not to be identified transports 22 special needs students each day to and from school and underwent intensive training to work and care for students on these trips. 265 special needs students take a bus to school. Livermore says they will not be using this bus service but instead using cabs but they say parents dont need to worry and things not in the back seated of the cab to get to school. They provide cab as much as and a majority of transportation and other means and the majority will be provided through van access. The cab company in pleasanton ordered 32 vans to service the livermore schools. They will communicate with us. We have some children that have to be air conditioned at a certain temperature. We had a chance to catch up with a cal fire spokesperson a couple minutes ago, and he gave the latest containment numbers, standing at 20 contained up over 10 containment. They are hoping for more continued good news today. The fire started late yesterday morning, 10 miles east of cloverdale. That fire has burned about 1500 acres. Now, the latest update we have, again, is that the fire is about 20 contained and about 3 dozen homes still in danger. Mandatory evacuation orders are in place for geysers road from Pine Mountain road to geysers Mountain Resort road. This time it was anything other than a tragic accident. It was a chaotic scene at the hoboken train terminal in new jersey after a speeding commuter train slammed right into the station during the middle of the morning commute. One woman who was standing on the platform was hit by flying debris and killed. 108 other people were hurt. This man was on board the train. It was a loud bang, yeah. It seemed like it didnt stop. And then, the lights went out. And then the roof just came down on it. So. The roof of hoboken crashed into the actual train. Reporter this train was coming into the station extremely fast when it struck a bumper block which sent the front car flying into the air.
