What is notable, though is how we kept changing stalins mind. I thought i might find the opposite. But what i found essentially was that stalin did his bidding. We think of world war ii as the last good war and have woven myths about it. It is hard to be objectible. How many have visited omaha beach . That is unusual. Usually like half of audience has. The reason i ask is because americans tend to think we all tend to think we beat hitler and the german army mostly by ourselves. But we didnt.
