The alto trombone is my best friend

Daily Monitor Saturday December 26 2020 Summary Inspirational.  Tadeo Kamukama is a music and life skill teacher at Brass for Africa. He lost his limbs in a fire when he was just a week old. He grew up at the Good Shepherd Home, which supports children with disabilities. He talks to Promise Twinamukye about how his favourite instrument changed his life. Advertisement What is a typical day like for you? I am currently studying for my O-Level finals so I wake up at 5am and leave for school at 6.30am. I leave school normally at 5pm, head home and do some trombone practice. After that, I revise up to 11.30pm. During weekends and holidays I normally get time to work for Brass for Africa and travel to different organisations to teach music and life skills to disadvantaged children.
