A case against Tim Jones, Director Rolls Royce India, alleged arms dealers Sudhir Choudhrie and his son Bhanu Choudhrie, Rolls Royce Plc and British Aerospace Systems has been registered after completing a six-year-old preliminary enquiry registered in December 2016.
They were booked with the objective to cheat the Government of India in the matter of procurement of Hawk Aircraft from Rolls Royce plc, UK and its associate group companies, including M/s Rolls Royce Turbomeca Limited, said CBI in a statement.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered an FIR against Rolls Royce, its director in India, unknown government servants and arms dealers allegedly for corruption in the procurement of Hawk aircraft from the British aerospace company.
The company prepared a Statement of Fact that disclosed its corrupt payments in connection with transactions with countries like Indonesia, Malaysia and India.
