A first of its kind showcase of iconic Italian movies in India, the films aired simultaneously across PVR cinemas in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru and the historic New Empire cinema in Kolkata Hosted by Consul General Alessandro De Masi, at the presence of H.E. Mr. Vincenzo De Luca, Ambassador of Italy to India and Mr. Robert Stabile, Head of Special Projects of the DGCA of the MiC at Cinecitta, the cultural event began with a display of a fine collection of over 30 vintage Italian cars. This was followed with the curtain raiser to the acclaimed Italian films by superstar actor - Jacqueline Fernandes, who also used this noteworthy opportunity to present the children from the YOLO charity foundation an opportunity to witness their award-winning Italian films.
