police arrested three people in that shooting at the inner harbor. two groups of young men were passing each other when they exchanged words. something them, something like, are you staring at us? why are you looking yes? something completely ridiculous. it ended in gunfire. a 19-year-old man is recovering from a gunshot wound to the hand. they are charging keiron holly with attempted murder. police say the shooting happened saturday night on the walkway between the world trade center and the pavilion. they say groups of young men were all over the inner harbor appeared in this case, the suspects displayed gang colors. five shots were fired. police located them. after an exchange of gunfire, they arrested the three teenagers. the shooter made chilling statement appeared the most disturbing part of this case is he said, i feel like telling someone, at which point, he threw a revolver and the other group did what they could to flee. the suspect fired multiple shot
