Quote, not on administrative leave and say the video doesnt tell the whole story and what you dont see is your suspect running from police for several minutes before the officer made a decision to use force. Reporter nbc bay area news has confirmed the names of the officer, but is not reporting it pending an investigation. But we have learned hes been with the Department Since june 2015 and is a former marine, who served in afghanistan. I havent had dealings with that particular officer, but i know people who have, and it wasnt good.
