Were also seeing another crash and this sai long southbound 280 at bird avenue. This is already cleared off to the right hand shoulder so were not seeing any major delays. He says he called 911 but that did not make a difference. Nobodys showing up to do anything about it so what happens, they embolden and it gets dangerous and more dangerous. At the end of the day if they cant respond then perhaps i need call the National Guard out. That is Oakland City Council member. Oakland police tells us they responded to over 125 calls and that they dispatched about 100 officers to address illegal fireworks and gunfire on the fourth of july. As for those fireworks in Sonoma County Animal Shelters packed with dogs who ran away and scared of the fireworks.
