The torrential rains flooded both the eat st and westbound lanes here, forcing police to close the area for three hours. Three cars were trapped and suffered damage. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Backed up. Reporter jenkins says the karr was running with brake lights on inside. The bodies of twin 26yearold brothers marquise and Maurice Harper.
