Clarence Sutton, Jr. is a dynamic result-driven Educator/Administrator with a 27+ year record of professionalism and achievement. He has been an administrator for the Tuscaloosa City Schools since 2006. Ebony Rice is an advocate for activism in Tuscaloosa against racism. In recent events, she has used social media as a platform to call for boycotting several local businesses. She continues to assist with organizing and participating in several community service projects and protests throughout the area.

Diva C. Hall serves as the Partnership Development Coordinator at Stillman College, where she received a B.A. in Music in 2018. As an experienced Community Engagement Professional at one of America’s prestigious Historical Black Colleges and Universities, Diva has had the opportunity to work with the Office of External Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs to develop sustainable partnerships and engage the community through student programs, alumni involvement, and external relationships. Michele Coley is the only African American female Allstate Agent in the state of Alabama with agencies in Tuscaloosa and Hoover Alabama with 7 employees. She holds a Business Administration degree from Stillman College.
She serves on the West Alabama Chamber Executive Board, the city of Tuscaloosa Elevate Advisory Council and the University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies Board of Visitors. Recently she was appointed to the City of Tuscaloosa Zoning Board of Adjustments as a Supernumerary and the Mayor’s Project Unity Economic & Workforce Committee.
