He was shot to death in his home on Narragansett Court at 4 30 this morning. Thats in the glen cove neighborhood of vallejo. The suspect is the father of vegas6yearold grandson whom police say was in the process of trying to kidnap the little boy. It appears vegas may have gotten in the way.
