Theres a school in the area thats closed for the day because of this. John muir elementary, and county offices are closed located off the highway, and, of course, this chevron is closed since last night because this man refuses to surrender to police. They sent him cell phones to talk to him because his, of course, ran out of battery, and this has been going on for about 15 hours, 7 30 last night. A woman who says her daughter is stuck inside her home tried to go in to check on her. This has been going on since last night, and she says, you wont believe this, that i am still stuck, so i just, you know, feel bad for her, and, you know, to be in lockdown like that.

Meeting changed its agenda so that barts police chief could address the board and give the latest update on the investigation. A moment silence in memory of our Fallen Police Sergeant Tommy smith.
