Company takes over former McGraw Hill building
Ashland Times Gazette
ASHLAND GOJO Industries signed a seven-year lease for a facility at 1250 George Road that is projected to be the workplace for 60-90 people by June.
The former McGraw Hill building, leased by Terry Coyne, will produce PURELL Hand Sanitizer. Once fully operational in late spring, 60-90 employees are expected to be hired to work in the 600,000-plus square feet distribution center. We are thrilled that our continued growth supports jobs and our local communities in Northeast Ohio, said Carey Jones, GOJO president and CEO.
GOJO landed in Wooster in 2015
In 2015, GOJO made an economic impact on Wooster s economy when it moved operations into the former Rubbermaid headquarters at 1147 Akron Road. Use of the 1.3 million-square-foot building added 240 jobs in Wooster.
