Sunshine. Tonight skies will be mainly clear with temperatures dipping back into the 60s and 50s by morning. Wednesday looks to be another mild day with more sunshine and temperatures in the 70s. This afternoon hazmat crews in urbandale. But it turned out to be a false alarm. An employee at Worldwide Logisitics reported finding a suspicious substance on a package shortly after noon. The building was evacuated and haz mat crews called in when the employee said the substance made their hands tingle. After investigating officials determined the substance was clearasil. An exfoliating face wash. Earlier in the day there was an actual emergency nearby. Authorities believe a construction crew digging near 100th and douglas struck an underground gas line. Roads in the area were shut down while midamerican crews responded to shutdown the leak and repair the pipe. Those roads are now reopened.
