6月25日，滹沱河生态修复第三期工程正式通水。这标志着石家庄的“母亲河” 长达109公里的滹沱河生态修复主体工程全线完工，一条“生态河”“产业河”正在呈现。随着生态修复工程的推进，这条大河先后吸引白天鹅、黑鹳等30多种珍稀鸟类前来栖息。如今，走在滹沱河正定段，两岸花草树木郁郁葱葱，水中鱼虾欢快游弋，游客惬意地欣赏美景……清风徐来，水光潋滟，“蝶变”后的滹沱河人水和谐，充满诗情画意。一条“生态河”跃然眼前。滹沱河发源于山西省繁峙县，流经河北省石家庄市的平山、正定、无极等10个县（市、区）。历史上的滹沱河流域水丰土肥，但是从上世纪70年代中期以后，受多种因素影响，滹沱河石家庄段一度干涸断流、土地沙化、垃圾成堆。党的十八大以来，党中央把生态文明建设摆在全局工作中更加突出的位置
