As you look at satellite and radar, you can see theres a break in the clouds every now and then out to the west. Once we get rid of the fog were looking at a partly sunny day. It will be cooler than yesterday. Heres the visibility issues. Right now philadelphia is sort of in a hole where we dont have much fog. That could change in the next halfhour.
