Area a Flood Warning for the napa river. It has been at flood stage. We now anticipate it to crest and cause some moderate flooding in the napa area. Meanwhile in guerneville thats the other river we have been watching diligently, its the Russian River it has already overflowed its banks and then it receded and now its anticipated to crest and cause moderate to significant flooding in the area. Its yet another area of low pressure causing anywhere from light to moderate rainfall around the bay area. Green is light, yellow moderate. And we clearly see that right there outside of petaluma. Then we go to the eastern portion of our bay area. You see that 580 680 corridor near dublin . Thats some moderate to heavy rainfall backing 580 to Castro Valley 238 into the hayward and oakland areas.
