Partnership for Families, Children and Adults has two new program directors. Sarah Elghalban has been named the director of Strategy and Grant Compliance. As a member of the agency’s administration team, Ms. Elghalban will monitor grant compliance, program outcomes, reporting, grant budgets, and performance of federal and state grants and organize and lead all strategic planning efforts.
She is also tasked with guiding the agency’s accreditation inspection process to achieve recertification with the Council on Accreditation to ensure that the organization’s programs and services meet best practice standards to maintain organization’s sustainability and growth.

Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults is hosting RISE on Wednesday, May 5. RISE focuses on how the community rises together to support neighbors in need. Each year this fundraising event highlights one of the many programs Partnership provides to the community.
RISE 2021 will showcase Partnership’s youth services program, River City Youth Collective, which impacts the Chattanooga community offering services in financial literacy, life skills education, education and career coaching, therapy and independent living housing for at-risk youth and young adults aging out of foster care.
