Partnership for Families, Children and Adults has two new program directors. Sarah Elghalban has been named the director of Strategy and Grant Compliance. As a member of the agency’s administration team, Ms. Elghalban will monitor grant compliance, program outcomes, reporting, grant budgets, and performance of federal and state grants and organize and lead all strategic planning efforts.
She is also tasked with guiding the agency’s accreditation inspection process to achieve recertification with the Council on Accreditation to ensure that the organization’s programs and services meet best practice standards to maintain organization’s sustainability and growth.

Pictured, left to right: Molly Blankenship, Chattanooga Chamber; Michael Mathis, Regions Bank; Christy Gillenwater, Chattanooga Chamber; Rebecca Ashford, Chattanooga State The Chattanooga Chamber Foundation and the Regions Foundation, a nonprofit initiative of Regions Bank, today announced ongoing support for a skills and workforce development program that serves job-seekers living in parts of Hamilton County hardest hit by unemployment before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Supported by a donation of $90,000 from the Regions Foundation, the Skill Up initiative provides more than 45 people with six weeks of training in advanced manufacturing, customer service and information technology.
