146 new COVID-19 cases reported Wednesday Megan Pacer © Provided by Anchorage KTUU-TV Coronavirus cases in Mississippi ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reported 146 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, two of which are among nonresidents. The state reported no additional deaths related to the virus, leaving the total number of Alaska resident deaths tied to COVID-19 at 342. Alaska continues to have one of the lowest COVID-19 death rates in the country.
