People are still under mandatory evacuation orders. Many have found temporary housing while others are still in emergency shelters like this one. Nobody knows how long or if they are allowed to go back home. If they will have to evacuate again. Crews are racing against time to get that shored up before a series of storms promises rain in the coming days speaking of which here is the expert with how much rain we will get.
