Groovy music, fast beats and messages hidden in rhyme rap and hip-hop is soon becoming the go-to music at almost every party. However, this scene was altogether halted with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, causing inconvenience to more than just the artistes. Not to be defeated by the lack of gigs amidst the lockdown, the Pune rap community turned YouTube into its stage. An opportunity to create music, connect with the community and stay visible the online platform checked all their boxes. Six videos down, The Pune Project, is here to stay and pack a punch, promise the rappers.
