Punishment is not the governor. The judges, they decide if theres enough evidence and whats constitutional not the governor. In pennsylvania, the governor cant individually pardon someone. He cant do what he did. He granted a reprieve without a time period for every defendant on death row. That is unconstitutional. That is illegal. Now, what could happen is that the pardons review board can meet, and they have to vote unanimously on an individual case, if theres new evidence, if there are new facts, and they have to have a time period for it. The reason why i had to respond was because the First Defendant that this affected was Terrance Williams, who was scheduled to be executed on march the 4th. A local case right here from germantown. He had killed brutally by bashing the heads of two gay men that he had provided services to and tried to extort them for money. A jury unanimously said that he should be found guilty, that he should get the Death Penalty and while, yes, there is racism

Do you agree, dom giordano . No, i dont. I think this is way past it, but i thought right from the beginning, politics is hardball, but this is the most partisan a. G. That weve seen and i believe the most incompetent that weve seen, and what she did around the samesexmarriage thing, where she just negated her office, as an example, but matt, the internal stuff like this i think its Six Communications directors or spokespeople. And stuff happens. But i always judge politicians when theyre constantly having people leave their office, usually not a good sign. Pedro . The spectacles just bad for the office. Included, and maybe even some smaller cities such as wilmington, which we have seen have some problems with violence, sit on a powder keg just like the one that blew over in baltimore . The short answer to that is the potential exists in all these cities because we have conditions that are similar in all these cities that were discussing. And to be frank, because this is such a somber topic, we are not gonna have enough time to really delve into this. And through that, we see horrific things that are happening, but what strikes
