Ribbons outside of Killeen police department pay tribute to National Crime Victim s Rights Week

If you live in Killeen, you may have noticed some colorful ribbons outside the police department.
The ribbons are in tribute to National Crime Victim s Rights Week.
It s an effort to raise awareness on crime victims, and to show support for survivors.
In total, officers and explorers hung up about 600 ribbons.
