majority of both republicans, 149 and democrats 165 got it across the finish line and 70 goppers voted against it. 46 democrats giving it thumbs down. leader mccarthy and his leadership claimed victory. this is fabulous. i thought it would be hard, almost impossible. we won public narrative with support of the american people. between president biden and speaker mccarthy, won from start to finish. griff: president biden who vowed not to compromise did just that. this agreement meets the testing according to president biden. rescinding 30 billion in unspent covid money, keeping nondefense spending flat for next couple years. now it heads to the senate, four days to get it done and already decent on the right. i cannot support it and will vote no absent material changes that will render this bill something more than what it is, a fake response to burden some debt. griff: senators may offer amendments like senator mike lee and whether they will slow things up as we get
