We responded to a fire caused by a lightning strike at a mobile home in Batavia early Friday morning, then on Saturday night, assisted the Omaha crew with a structure fire there. We also worked 2 vehicle accidents on Highway 392 and last Monday night, held the awards ceremony for District Chief Tim Hunter.
