In foggy bottom. Right now two suspects in custody after an officer involved shooting. Police say it started as a stolen car investigation. Reporter just before 4 00 a. M. , shots fired. Reporter hours into the morning rush this student passed by an active crime scene on her way to class. At the center of it a red ford with the car doors open. Investigators dusted for fingerprints and collected evidence at the scene where police say the suspects bailed out of the car. Its unclear exactly what prompted the officer to fire his weapon but no one was struck. Crime scene tape an an officer posted turned away pedestrians and car traffic. An alarming start to the day for many in this part of town. Pretty scary. Reporter its possible there is a second car involved in the stolen car investigation.
