That is my excuse for my novels. I dont know anything in the weirdness of florida is my daily reality and everybody is moving to florida and out now which is a lot more material for me. They were traditional thrillers ripped out of our notebooks. One of the first reporters in beijing. Those were kind of a straight thrillers. But i will point out since i see some new faces that are not our usual here at this museum that you are gathered here today in the oldest Culture Institution in the commonwealth of virginia. We are older than a decade than the smithsonian. We are older than half of the states of this country. In fact, this is rather interesting to consider of the historical overlaps within the topic we approach today. Our first president of the Virginia Historical society was chief justice marshall. He served from 1831 until his death a few years later. But beyond that, and this happens to us so often as we think about the complex history.
