A police incident report revealed some new details about an alleged assault that occurred at Chippenham Hospital that led to the arrest of Charles Byers.
Recordkeepers with the Richmond court system said they have no record of Charles Byers' commitment hearing, which is a process typically required for patients under a temporary detention order.
The Commonwealth's Attorney's office said no further criminal charges will be filed against a woman whose dog attacked and killed an 88-year-old woman in South Richmond on the morning of Nov. 7.
