When Richard Ratzlaff was in Vietnamese captivity for 2,522 days, bracelets were made in honor of him, now one person with one of those bracelets is looking for someone who is interested in them.
The Bracelets for Vietnam Prisoners of War were made by college students Kay Hunter and Carol Bates Brown, according to the National League of POW/MIA Families.
Richard Ratzlaff was featured in the American News on Nov. 14. He spent almost seven years in captivity as a prisoner of war after being shot down during the war. He was held in North Vietnam and was eventually released during Operation Homecoming.
