And for the first time, we heard the former Fairfax County Police Officer apologize for shooting and killing 46year old john gere, an unarmed man. We begin in San Franciscos sunset district where Police Say One person was killed and four people injured in a horrific accident. Newschopper2 is live over sunset boulevard and yorba street, not far from the zoo. You can see from these pictures a large presence there. Streets are shut down in the neighborhood. This deadly accident comes just as city officials are holding a public hearing on a zerovision plan to cut pedestrian and bike injuries to zero by 2020.
