Reporter this morning we heard from rob, one of the many flood victims, his home in the william park neighborhood was badly damaged during february. He and other flood victims are taking the legal action against san jose, Santa Clara County and the Santa Clara Valley Water District. The families and their attorney spoke saying that the Water District shouldve done a better job controlling the runoff from the winter rainstorms and all of that water eventually overwhelming the coyote creek.
